Brennan S. Deveraux is an active-duty Army major with over 15 years of service who has deployed to combat on three separate occasions: twice to Iraq and once to the Horn of Africa. He has three defense-related master’s degrees and is an avid writer. He has published two books with the Army University Press and currently serves at the US Army War College as a full-time researcher.
